These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bluemint Sanitary website and your business dealings with Bluemint Sanitary ("we", "us", "our"), a B2B trading business supplying sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and accessories to distributors across India. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
Bluemint Sanitary operates as a trading/broker business. We purchase sanitaryware products from manufacturing partners and resell them in bulk to distributors. We are a supplier to businesses (B2B) and do not sell directly to individual end consumers through this website.
Product categories, descriptions and images on this website are provided for general informational purposes and to give distributors an overview of what we supply. Actual product specifications, sizes, finishes, and designs may vary by manufacturing batch. Detailed specifications, current availability and pricing are provided only upon direct enquiry and confirmed in writing (including via email, phone, or WhatsApp) before any order is processed.
Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) and freight/logistics charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Payment terms (advance, partial advance, or credit terms) will be agreed upon separately for each distributor relationship and confirmed in writing.
We supply Pan India through third-party transport and courier partners. Delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates and may be affected by transporter delays, weather, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please also refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Since our products are ceramic and fragile in nature, returns and replacements are handled under a separate policy applicable to transit damage, manufacturing defects, and shipment discrepancies. Please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for full details.
The Bluemint Sanitary name, logo, and all content on this website (text, images, and design) are the property of Bluemint Sanitary unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Bluemint Sanitary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, delays in delivery caused by third-party transporters, or manufacturing variances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any confirmed order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.
We source products from established manufacturing partners, including facilities based in Morvi, Gujarat. While we take reasonable care in selecting our sourcing partners, product quality warranties (if any) are as communicated at the time of order confirmation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or continued business dealings with us after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
